Fried Ribs and More To Go (FTG) is a family owned and operated business.  Our goal is to provide the North Texas community with a fast food alternative.  We specialize in fried short ribs.  The ribs are pork ribblets dipped in a batter and deep fried.  We offer our ribs in small and large portion which includes fries, jalapenos and Texas Toast.  Our menu also includes a Chicken Strip basket, Fried Hot Link Sandwich or basket (concession-Frito Lay Pie and Chips).  We offer beverages and/or water for a nominal cost.

With one year in existence, we have worked to build our brand. Consequently, we have been invited to operate as a concessionaire for car shows, festivals and private catering events.  Our product will differentiate itself from other food trucks and concessionaires.
